Membership Terms and Policies
Membership Billing & Authorization
Memberships are recurring monthly wellness programs. By enrolling, members authorize automatic monthly billing to the payment method on file until membership is cancelled according to these Terms & Policies.
Membership Effective Date
Membership benefits begin immediately upon enrollment and renew monthly on the member's original enrollment date.
Founding Member Pricing
Members who enroll during the founding membership period and maintain uninterrupted active membership status will retain their original membership pricing. Members who cancel and later re-enroll will be subject to current membership rates and pricing.
Membership Cancellation Policy
Members may cancel their membership at any time through their online account or by submitting a written cancellation request. To avoid the next schedule membership payment, cancellations must be completed at least three (3) days prior to the next billing date. Membership fees already processed are non-refundable. Membership benefits remain active through the end of the current billing period and will terminate there after.
Members may manage their memberships through their online account. To cancel, log in to your membership account, select Manage Membership, and follow the prompts to cancel your reoccurring membership. If assistance is needed, please contact Blissful Moments Massage and Bodyworks prior to your next billing cycle.
Membership Pause Policy
Members may pause their membership once per calendar year for up to sixty (60) days with advance notice.
Session Rollover Policy
One unused session may roll forward for up to thirty (30) days. A maximum of one unused session may be carried over at any given time. Additional unused sessions expire and have no cash value.

Appointment Availability
Membership does not guarantee appointment availability on specific dates or times. Advance scheduling is encouraged.
Upgrade Availability
Members may upgrade services based on availability. Applicable upgrade fees will be charged according to current member pricing.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Missed appointments, late cancellations, and no-shows may result in forfeiture of the scheduled session. Standard Blissful Moments Massage and Bodyworks cancellation policies apply.
Failed Payments
Membership benefits may be suspended until outstanding balances are paid. Appointments may be cancelled if payment remains unresolved.
Membership Transfers
Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the enrolled member.
Membership Benefits & Enhancements
Membership benefits are available only to active members in good standing. Benefits have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash, gift certificates, or retail products.
Health & Safety Disclosure
Members are responsible for providing accurate and complete health information prior to receiving services. Blissful Moments Massage and Bodyworks reserves the right to modify, postpone, or refuse services when necessary for client safety.
Membership Modifications
Blissful Moments Massage and Bodyworks reserves the right to modify membership pricing, benefits, policies, and program features with reasonable notice. Founding Member pricing protections remain subject to uninterrupted active membership status.
Business Continuity
Membership benefits remain valid only while Blissful Moments Massage and Bodyworks continues to operate and provide services.
Entire Agreement
Enrollment in any membership constitutes acceptance of all membership terms and policies.
Digital Client Acknowledgment
I acknowledge that I have read and understand the Membership Lounge Terms & Conditions and/or Wellness Journey Terms & Conditions. I understand that memberships and wellness journeys may include recurring payments, are subject to the stated cancellation and scheduling policies, and are non-transferable. I authorize Blissful Moments Massage and Bodyworks to process payments according to the selected plan and agree to all applicable program terms.
